All packages include ushering your guests to board and depart the Island with the Maid of the Forth, proceeding to the ceremony in the Abbey, preparing the music and bridal party for the ceremony, managing the photo shoot time schedule and to ensure that all your guests reach your chosen venue to complete your magical day.

Our florist will provide you with a beautiful array of flowers and our photographer will be there to capture every moment. With my wedding co-ordinator service you can relax knowing that all aspects of your day is in good hands, leaving you to just sit back and watch your fabulous day unfold.

Package 1
Wedding Journey / Wedding Package

  • The ceremony in the Abbey and all costs to Historic Scotland 
  • Florist and photographer   
  • Humanist/minister, piper and pre-shoot 
  • Wedding planner and wedding ​co-ordinator service on the wedding day​​​
(Both scheduled and private sailing not included - these have to be costed separately)
Our services include booking your wedding reception to accommodate transport and entertainment. 
Lots of private dinning options are available, as well as larger reception venues.

Package 2

The Hawes Inn, South Queensferry

  • 30 guests to board and depart the Island with the Maid of the Forth
  • The ceremony in the Abbey and all costs to Historic Scotland

​The venue: This charming, modern and yet traditionally renovated venue can offer 30 guests a three course sit down meal including tea and coffee and a drink on arrival.
Also includes room hire for the day which can hold up to 50 guests for drinks before they embark on the boat trip to the Island (drinks not included).

Package 3

Queen Charlotte Rooms, Edinburgh

With elegant and extravagant surroundings, this venue really transports you into experiencing the wonders of the orient express, in addition to the carriages it also features a traditional Victorian suite for your guests to dance the night away within this unique setting.

This package would include package one wedding journey. 
Exclusive hire of the venue, orient express carriages for arrival celebrations. 

​Three course dinner in the Charlotte Suite, toast master, fresh flowers, chair covers, resident DJ, evening buffet and 2 chauffeur bridal cars.
Total for 30 guests including Inchcolm weddings package one

Package 4

The Granary, Edinburgh

This venue is situated at the shore in Leith Edinburgh and has lovely views of the shore and is recently refurbished to a high standard. 
The Jig Room can host 65 day guests and up to 80 evening guests. They also have a Mezzanine level that can be used for drinks and canapés. 
​
Room hire is £150 and a three course dinner starts from £30pp.
The package is inclusive of wedding journey 1 and is based on 65 guests.

​Package 5

Conifox, Kirkliston
​This vast indoor marquee style venue offers both flexible & bespoke wedding packages, with a private bar and an extensive balcony area, along with large grounds for entertaining your guests, and is set in a luxurious countryside location with many added features for entertainment/fun for all involved. 

The package is based on 70 day guests and 30 evening guests and includes:
private room hire, welcome refreshment & canapes, half bottle of wine per guest, 1 glass of bubbles for the toast , evening buffet, DJ, all chair covers & linen provided, menu tasting and three course dinner 
Plus your first wedding anniversary dinner at the Stables Bistro with a bottle of Prosecco.
 
Costs include Inchcolm Weddings journey package and all of the above £7,296

The Woodside, Aberdour
  • Wedding planner to assist with all logistics and planning,  additional staff on the wedding day 
  • Private charter up to 100 guests 
  • Abbey hire fee, photographer, florist,  humanist/minister,  piper and private transfer for up to 50 guests

  • Fizz on arrival and with the toast

  • 10% discount for wedding guests

The Old Dr Bells, Edinburgh

Prices vary depending on both the season and day of the week and all packages can be tailor made to the clients needs

This includes: 2 course dinner, chairs with ivory seats, linen & napkins, easel for table plan, cake stand & knife, masters of Ceremonies and a menu tasting

Package 8

Le Monde Hotel, Edinburgh 

Dirty Martini
This Edinburgh Central venue is both luxurious &  decadent, the space  can hold up to 300 guests & includes a private bar and dance floor (minimum spend applies).

The Mezzanine and The Prive' 
This combined space can hold 32 guests for dinning, its warm and secluded area is great for private dinning 
(minimum spend applies)

Three courses start from £25pp and minimum spends can be discussed on enquiry. 

Package 9

Ghillie-Dhu, Edinburgh 

This central Edinburgh venue hosts an award winning auditorium that is over 175 yrs old.
It's both romantic atmosphere and high vaulted ceilings with candle laden chandeliers make this a very unique venue that accommodates up to 200 guests.

Package 10

Fingal, Edinburgh

​This central Edinburgh located unique venue is a privately owned ship that can be hired exclusively for your spectacular wedding reception, hosting 60 guests for the wedding breakfast in the elegant ballroom and an additional 40 evening guests 
  • Exclusive hire based on 22 cabins (including breakfast) £10,500​ inc. VAT subject to availability/time of the year​

Bespoke packages and pricing upon request

Flowers package includes 1 bridal bouquet, 1 bridesmaid bouquet, 1 gentlemen’s buttonhole, 1 ladies corsage and delivery to venue and first consultation (with optional upgrade and venue floral decoration)​.

Photographer includes first consultation and trip to the Island, up to 3 hours coverage including ceremony, group-location shoot, plus USB flash drive and online gallery.

Wedding ceremony on Island included in package (minister / humanist not included in Hawes Package).

Capacity in both the Refectory Room and Chapter House are inclusive of Inchcolm weddings suppliers/staff ( 5 people)
